Customer Service Training - Managing Customer Service






 The need for leading, promoting, and enhancing a customer-focused culture is essential within every organisation. This 11 hour customer service  course will provide you with an opportunity to explore your responsibilities within your role as a customer service agent. As you discuss the various skills and techniques, you will draw from your own personal and varied experiences to share elements of reward and challenge. The course is presented in 2 modules:

Module 1 - Critical Elements of Customer Service
Module 2 - Managing Customer Service

You'll learn to:

Recognize that service delivery is an individual response value
Understand how an individual’s behavior impacts the behavior of others
Develop more confidence and skill as a problem-solver
Communicate more assertively and effectively
Make customer service a team approach
Identify ways to establish links between excellence in customer service and your business practices and policies.
Develop the skills and practices that are essential elements of a customer service focused manager.
Recognise what employees are looking for to be truly engaged.
Recognise who the customers are and what they are looking for.
Develop strategies for creating engaged employees and satisfied customers in whatever business units you manage.

  This workshop will take a minimum of  8  hours of your total time to complete.  You can complete the course at any time that suits over a 3 month period.
