Paul Tonich -Keynote Speaker

Inspirational Keynote Speaker for Events and Conferences

Paul Tonich was born in Perth, Western Australia in 1972. Together with his three sisters and younger brother, Paul grew up watching his entrepreneurial parents, create and run three businesses 7 days a week to provide for their five children.

After graduating from high school in the late 80’s, Paul followed his dream and joined the Western Australian Police Force. He served ten years developing specialist skills as a trained negotiator and detective – dedicated and passionate about his responsibility to the community and determined to make a difference. With regular commendations from his superiors Paul was earmarked for a long and successful career in the force - until a chain of events on one fateful day destroyed his police career and landed him in a maximum security prison among the states worst criminals.

With no career, no income, his reputation in tatters and no idea of what the future would bring, Paul utilised his time in prison to make decisions about the rest of his life. Soon after leaving the WA Police Service and serving his sentence, Paul began a career in Real Estate Sales. With no formal business training, but a determination to succeed and rebuild his life, Paul set out to meet and study some of Australia's most successful business people.

Ten years on Paul has managed to achieve what most would achieve in a lifetime. The founding principal of one of Western Australia’s most successful real estate agencies, Paul has achieved some of the highest awards the industry has to offer across Australia including:

Awarded WA's No1 Real Estate Salesperson by REIWA (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007) REIWA Grand Master & REIWA / MLS $65 Million Club (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005) First National's Top Salesperson for Western Australia (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006) First National Top Salesperson for Australia (2002, 2004, 2005) First National Top Office for Western Australia (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006) First National Top Office for Australia (2005) REIWA 3rd Top Office (2003, 2004, 2005) Edith Cowan University Small Business of the Year Award 2003 Finalist for the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) Award of Excellence – Residential Agency of the Year 2006

While building and working in his real estate business, Paul discovered a real passion for training others and sharing his knowledge and experiences with people who are interested in reaching their potential both professionally and personally regardless of their chosen discipline.

This passion led to the creation of Morton Learning a personal and professional development company Paul formed with his business partner and sister Amanda Morgan. Morton Learning specialises in cutting edge business training for business and sales professionals and is particularly well known Australia wide for its widely popular Mentor Program.
