Throughout this course, participants will explore the concept of unconscious bias in the workplace, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies to recognise, address, and mitigate biases that may impact their interactions and decision-making processes.

This course will provide practical tools and techniques to mitigate unconscious bias in daily processes and practices. From adopting inclusive language and behaviour to implementing fair and transparent decision-making processes, participants will learn strategies to create environments that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within their real estate agency.

Critical Thinking - FENTON 75 (3.5 CPD)

In today's highly competitive real estate market, thinking critically is paramount for successfully navigating complex transactions and making informed decisions that benefit clients and consider the needs of all parties involved in the real estate transaction.  Throughout this comprehensive course, participants will learn ways to enhance their critical thinking skills, equipping them with the tools and strategies necessary to approach the ever-changing real estate landscape.
