Certificate Verification
This page allows authorised third parties to verify the authenticity of certificates issued by Morton Learning
Each certificate is issued with a unique Certificate ID and a QR code. Scanning the QR code or entering the Certificate ID confirms whether the certificate corresponds with an active record held by Morton Learning. Verification confirms that:
- the certificate was issued by Morton Learning.
- the certificate ID exists and is valid
- the certificate relates to a genuine course or activity delivered by the organisation
To complete verification, the name, course title, and completion date shown on the certificate should be checked against the certificate presented.
Certificates that cannot be verified or do not match our records should be treated as invalid. Alteration, duplication, or misuse of a certificate invalidates it.
If further confirmation is required, or if you are unable to verify a certificate using this page, verification requests may be submitted cpd@mortonlearning.com.au
Requests should include the Certificate ID and the reason for verification.
Privacy and personal information
To protect participant privacy, only limited information is made publicly available through this verification process. Personal information relating to certificate holders is disclosed only where necessary and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Verification requests are handled confidentially and solely for the purpose of confirming certificate authenticity.
